  1. I have not done any serious yoga since I was in my 20s. I am now in my late 30s and admit that I am overweight. I am now on a diet and am looking for some physical activity that will tone up my body. I hate running, gym, etc. Do you think yoga would benefit me? I loved it when I was young.
