Self reflection and tv cooking shows

Thursday's anusara class (I have been busy and in the middle of anusara certification and all my class planning and focus is on that. As a result my blog has been neglected. Here is a quick summary of my recent class)
Theme: self reflection
Antidote: "did you taste your dish" on chopped the tv show
It's important we don't just follow a recipe blindly practicing alignment principles without taking time to pause and self reflect and notice tw results of our actions. We all have different bodies, different tendencies and different history. Although we all can practice the same principles it will be a little different in each of us. It's through self awareness we learn what tastes good and is good for us.
