Juice and Smoothie Recipes

During my juicing moon (like honey moon but when I started drinking lots of juice and smoothies) I collected a ton of recipes from friends, books, websites, my experiments. I found these recipes really helpful when I was starting out and to give me ideas. Now however I just pick a variety of veggies from my fridge and through them  in my juicer and drink up. I feel like a chemist when I am concocting a nourishing treat for myself. So let these inspire you. The longer that I have been juicing the more I cut back on fruit so I dont drink as much sugar and to keep my juicer from getting as sticky. Hope you enjoy these and get your juice buzzz on. I highlighted some of my favorites.

The name is SEO keyword-targeted, and it is an exact match to what people are searching for on the internet.

There has been a significant rise in online searches for the terms "Juice" and "Smoothies". Averaging 100 daily searches as per google:

The market is huge, but there are many competitors. Over 100k results for the exact word "Juice and Smoothies" - imagine how well placed you'd be, by owning this name.
